Gerald joins us after spending almost 20 years completing over 200 acquisitions in the veterinary and dental sectors across Canada and internationally. He was in charge of the growth by acquisition strategy that led to VCA Canada becoming the largest veterinary group in Canada by 2016 and then joined VCA in Los Angeles to lead the international expansion of this group into Brazil and Japan. More recently, Gerald has been in charge of the acquisitions and expansion across Canada for a dental group based in Calgary. Gerald is excited to bring his experience and skills in business valuations and negotiations to the leadership team at PHS and is confident that the company is poised for tremendous growth in the future!
