Clare grew up on a large grain farm in Lloydminster, where running a small laying hen business sparked her interest in agriculture and poultry production. She is currently in her third year of Animal Science at the University of Saskatchewan and has interned in several intensive livestock systems, including a feedlot and a nucleus swine barn. After working part-time with Poultry Partners as a field technician, she is excited to continue building her knowledge about industry practices and disease management this summer at Poultry Health Services. In her free time, she enjoys reading, riding horses, playing sports, and visiting with friends and family.
